Description: My buddy Isaac's '04 400EX. While haulin' butt up Blow Sand Hill at Ocotillo Wells, Ca OHV his rear tire sheared right off of the hub and went over the hill and down the other side. Fortuneately someone was there to go get it.

looks like he put his lug nuts on bakards hehe. flat side IN on a quad, but cone side in on a car. oops!
