So i wanted to get a new quad that will beat anything anywhere and still be fun to ride trails and jump but race too. So i bought a Raptor 700 and here's what i put on it. Tell me what else you think it could use cause i get it back from the shop in like a week with all the motor stuff done. He's what i bought and had done so far. And just leave some random comments bout what you think about it.

Was it really necessary to list the price of everything?

Rather than try and buy top notch everything such as pro level shocks, why not buy stuff that is at your ability? I'm sure that those shocks are far above your riding ability.

#1. I just posted it in 3 different forum areas so more people would see it and reply.

#2. The only reason the prices are listed is because I told my friends brother, the Mechanic what i wanted and he sent me this paper back with all the Exact things he was putting on and the his estimated price. I just photocopied it and converted it to Word Text to save time typing.

#3. I got the best parts number 1 so i could win races against friends. So it would make me learn to ride better (I'm not a novice but i'm not a pro either, I'd say experienced intermediate is about me). Number 3, because all my friends quads have the best parts so i wanted the same. And lastly, Its my 16 birthday present since i already have a car my parents wanted to get me something fun, and they told me that since its a 16 birthday present i didn't have a budget on this 4wheeler, so i figure by the best parts now. So far it's been like 26,000 with labor so my parents are actually very happy cause a car would have costed like 3 times that but luckily i got my dads 05 corvette so we didn
t have to buy me a new one.

I can't say much. That's how my wife's parents are with her. Last Xmas we got about 3,000 in upgrades.

sounds like its gonna be a pretty shweet quad for sure deff need to get some pix when you get it done... wish my rents would spend that kinda money on me... i gotta buy all my own parts for my quad but I kinda like it that way, I think i'm more careful with it cause its my money if I break it lol
