04 Rancher 400 AT bogging down

Hey my 04 Rancher AT will run great for a while then it will start to bog down while on the throttle, when you let off of the throttle it idles fine and it will run better. As the day goes on it gets worse and the 4 wheel drive light will start to flash. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The 4x4 light flashing is giving you an error code. Count the flashes and your manual should tell you what it is.
