I am Thinking of purchasing the 2009 TRX400X and i would like to have some opinions other than the dealers.

400EX is one of the best all-around sport quads you can buy.
Slower than its direct competitor (Suzuki z400), but more reliable.

Yes it is slower but it will out preform in the tight stuff.
