Just K&N Filter maybe not, entire K&N Intake, more than likely. Removing the box is a dangerous move, hope u at least run a splash gaurd.

any mods you make to an intake or exhaust will cause you to have to rejet. for the simple fact that you are changing the amount of air and the rate it can flow. so its important you do rejet to get the performance you want. and its good practice.

Up grading was not an option. It is a family ride.

I like the Paint job. I think the trail blazers are a good quad with a lot of potential.I have never seen any one trick one out like you have. Most people will just do performance mods and leave it at that. The only thing I would be worried about is the paint scratching, but as long as you have good adhesion between the paint and your plastic, with a good hard clear coat. you'll be good to go for a long time. If you are thinking of performance up grades I would look in to Hpd Performance ( http://www.hpd-inc.com/ ) I had them do the motor in my outlaw, and I would never go to any other company for Polaris performance. Keep me updated on the progress of your quad. I love to hear from other Polaris riders.
