LT250S parts question...

Hey all,

new to this site, but not to atv's. I'm hoping someone here can provide some help. This past weekend I bought a 1989 Suzuki Quadsport 250 (LT250S) that is in what I would say mint condition - 2 owners (who were neighbours) that barely rode the thing. The plastic still has a shine to it, and most of the paint on the bottom of the frame is still there and has not even worn off yet. Anyhow, here's my question: I'm looking for some nerf bars, among other performance items for my machine, but am noticing that there are not a lot of listings for my particular machine, but there are for the LT230S Quadsport. Body-wise and frame-wise, are there any differences in these two machines, or is it the same atv with a different motor, and are any of the parts interchangeable between the two? If my memory is correct internal motor parts are the only difference. Just like the Honda 250X and the 300ex. Post some pictures, Have not seen one of them since they were.
