Runs fine at low speed and idle. At half to full throttle runs great for about 1/4 mile then starts to miss a little and die. After sitting for a minute or 2 will start and do the same thing. I have cleaned and rejetted carb any other ideas. I went ahead and cleaned again, check to make sure gas cap went wasn't plugged. Gas runs fine until I hook hose to carb, then line just trickels in.

Is there a vac operated petcock on it?

Does it have any sort of fuel filter on it? If it does it may be plugging up, then after it sits for a few minutes the particles have had time to settle to the bottom of the filter. Regardless I'd put some Seafoam in the gas tank, that will drop out any water which is also what you show symptoms of.
