Each muffler and headpipe goes through a three-step chroming process. First of all, the pipe is polished to remove any scratches. Secondly, the pipe is plated with duplex nickel to create a base for the chrome plating. In the last step, the pipe is plated with a high luster, show quality chrome finish. DG goes to extensive measures to ensure that each Krome Power RCM fits, looks and works better than any other exhaust system on the market. Every DG RCM includes a headpipe and muffler system that is tuned to produce maximum power and torque. It is constructed from 18-guage steel for long lasting performance.
