The Quick-Shot Installation Kit provides fast over-the-joint CV boot installations using Fast-Boot brand CV boots. The Quick-Shot is a pneumatic tool that expands the Fast-Boot so that it will pass over the joint and into position ready for clamping. By using a Quick-Shot the installer can avoid removing and disassembling the axle. This greatly reduces installation time (by up to 60% or more) and simplifies boot replacement. The Premium Kit includes a Quick-Shot, Premium Banding Tool (with ratchet and integrated cutter), and a Trimming Knife packaged in a sturdy plastic storage case. Note: Only Fast-Boot brand CV boots will work with the Quick-Shot. All other boots will tear.
