Catahoula Recreation is a Family Recreation, New place to ride ATV, Dirt Bikes, Jeeps, Trucks and Camping.
Area # 1. 320 acres of hill land. The sand is about 80% developed. It has a 800 foot smooth sand drag and tall sand hills. The ultimate challenge for any rider.Trails are about 50% developed. We have Tall dirt hills, mud, woods trails, and creek. If you come and play your way through you will have a fun day now but we plan to add many more trails. No utilities at this time.Area # 2. 320 acres Tall dirt hills on the edge of the flat land giving you a great scenic view. This property joins a wild life nature walking trail to St. Mary's Water Falls. Riding trails 25 % developed. After development these tall dirt hills will be the ultimate challenge for any rider. No utilities at this time.Area # 3 30 acres of hill land on the Ouachita River that joins Ft. Hill Park. Trails 10 % developed. No utilities at this time.
Area # 4 : 30 acres of swamp land. This Area is full of cypress brakes that holds water and mud year round. After development it will be a challenge for any four wheel drive vehicle. No development at this time.
