The Rabey Line ATV Trail is a 19.1 mile trail located in Aitkin County. The trail winds through Hill River State Forest and Savanna State Forest and is located between the city of Hill City and the townsite of Jacobson following the old abandoned Hill City and Western Railroad grade. The trail has a combination of high ground, swamp/bog areas, and beautiful woods along the Mississippi River.

The Grant in Aid trail has been cooperatively developed by the Aitkin County Land Department, Haypoint Jackpine Savages snowmobile club and the DNR using RMV registration fees and a portion of Minnesota's state gas tax that has been attributed to off highway vehicle recreation, county and snowmobile GIA funds also contributed to the construction of this trail. State forest trails are multi-use; please use caution.

Nearby Facilities: Gas and food are available in Hill City and Jacobson. Lodging is available in Hill City. Camping and picnic facilities are available in Savanna State Forest and in Jacobson County Park. Nearby Savanna Portage and Schoolcraft State Parks offer some drive-in sites.
