Pros: Hey, It's Pismo!!! Sand,Sand,Sand. Close to everyone in the central Ca. area. The weekdays are the best, on a monday afternoon the WHOLE area was ours.
Cons: weekends are way overcrouded. With closing off more beach front there are more people crammed into such a tighter space, its getting very dangerous!!!
