| Too much fun!

Pros: Technical if you want, somewhat of a cruise if you want. Best of both worlds. It has typically been a single track area, but more and more quads are showing up with the passing of time. That's a GOOD thing. We need quads on the trails to keep them from getting so chewed up by the MCs. I am a member of our local MRA club and usually help out with all of our MRA sponsored events, i.e., Ghost & Goblins Poker Run, May Day Poker Run, Timber Mountain Hare Scrambles, etc., all held on John's Peak, a.k.a, Timber Mountain. You can ride for months and never go over the same area twice. Our family has been riding up there for years and are still discovering new trails. Probably best to ride with someone from the area the first time out on the Peak. It can be pretty intimidating. Anytime ya'll would like to come explore, let me know. Will try and get some pics of the Peak posted ASAP Cons: The fact that the town of Jacksonville is trying to squash us out.
