Pros: All the trails are clearly marked for one way traffic.
Cons: Nothing

Brushy mountain is one of the most safe riding parks. All the trails are clearly marked for one way traffic. The trails are kept in good shape for sport quads. They don't allow the big, nasty quad tires that destroy the trails and make the giant ruts that cause sport quad guys to get stuck. You can't please everyone so why even try.
They do a great job.
