Pros: brasher nice place to ride
Cons: all kind of trail

it was a very nice place to ride all kinds of trails  some nice  mud an some that was fixed too ride the family on.the couple horse  riders that road trail complained. so now we cant ride after the atv clubs fixed  some trail we cant use them. an couple peaple that tried to sue them. it make me mad that my doughter thats is almost 5  an enjoys the atv ride as much  as i due cant enjoy the trails hear right at home like i did when i grew  up. but peaple complain that we dont teach are kids about the wild life an out door sports. it make it tuff between gas prices an shutten down are trails.
