The area around Chisolm has lots to offer the ATVer and Snowmobiler. There are Sand Dunes, mud bogs, sandy trails, great views of the Athabasca River. Trails go from Chisolm to Smith and beyond. Great place to stay in the area is Mosquito Lake Resort. Trails start right out of there resort. Also really liked stopping at Needful Things in Smith for lunch. In Smith they have a Quad Rally in May, several hundred quads were there in 2008. A little muddy-see photo's- so come prepared.
