Well I did not buy a 450 but i did ride my friends. He paid 7000 because he wanted the first one. It has good power right off the showroom floor. More air flow Could easily wake up this beast. The kick start is just about always first kick when it is cold. It takes little effort to start up the 450. The front fenders are "removable" they have 2 bolts that appear to take them off but they are held on by rivets as well. Very light front end is another thing with the R. It wheelies very easy almost too easy not sure if it will be very good for the track. But overall it is definantly keeping in Honda quality.
