Pros: good selection, have basic parts in inventory
Cons: terrible service, don't recommend

I think this is the only retail store I ever stopped going to entirely. I bought my 400ex here back in 1999. They were the hottest thing going at the time and they had one ready to buy. They were pretty hard to find at the time. The sales people were terrible. They really treated me poorly.

Now the worst part of this place is the parts counter. Just to get simple parts like an oil filter you would have to wait forever. I swear I stood their for over an hour without being helped. It was extremely frustrating.

I am not going to even mention their service department. Unfortunately this was the only Honda dealership in town. Due to the terrible service I ended up taking my 400ex 30 miles out of my way to a different dealership for everything. I won't step foot into this place.
