Pros: Big show room, good amount of stock, decent prices, friendly sales men
Cons: Everybody around dutchess knows to only go there for a purchase... Never for service their known to be D$CKS, the people in the service department make them loose more bussiness then imaginable... its funny how everyone you talk to says the same thing about their service deparment.

I rated them so poor bc the sale of the quad is the only plesant part of the experiance with them which is only a day... Service is for the lifetime of the quad.
Some people in the service department should be let go, the way its being ran isnt how you run a good bussiness... expeatly with the investment that you made with them.
