Good Trail Rider

Pros: Option to switch between manual and auto. GPS and compass. Comfortable. Good stock tires. Honda quality.
Cons: A little underpowered.

The Rancher is really in it's element on relaxing trail rides on easy and sometimes, difficult terrain. Going up a steep hill you will desire a bit more power. Must get a good run at steeper hills or you will lose momentum quick.

The brakes are excellent. Will do a stoppie if not careful. The stock tires are good. The transmission is all gear driven so there is no drive belt to worry about. Manual shifting is silky smooth. Engine braking is flawless.

The GPS is a really neat feature. Set a waypoint at the trailhead and at every trail intersection and you'll never be lost. The compass is a real plus too. Can get 50mi+ out of a tank of fuel.

Overall, the Rancher is worth the money, but those desiring higher performance should look elsewhere.
