Pros: friendly folks, a family atmosphere, not a really big operation, only two lines so they have good selection.
Cons: they dont pay worth a hoot [i used to be a part of the team] but everyone tries to take care of the customers. I think they have a good rep as we always went out of our way for people, esp tourists and loyal customers.

Reasonable rates.
Jack just purchased casacde yamaha so now they laso have bombardier and yamaha snowmobiles too
