Pros: easy to ride, light weight, alot of power for its class, in summer time can easly match up with bigger machines on the trails. very easy to handle, can fully spin around in a circle small than most larger atv's
Cons: no 4 wheel drive is its major down fall, neutral can sometimes be a bit of a task to get to, not sure why thou. often when going up hills, i would hit the rear rack cause of how small the it is. poor cooling system, after a few hours of riding it heats up, and starts to show

borrowed a 2005, 250 ozark from a friend to go riding with some other ppl, they both were riding kawasaki prairie 650's, 5 inch of snow on the ground, and this atv kept up great, i was able to get up hills, that even that 650's were having trouble with, mostly because the ozark is alot more handable, road for 8 hours, only 2 hills the whole day i couldn't get up, mostly cause i couldn't get enough speed to go up them, because of confined spaces. thou after 8 hours of riding the ozark was heating, and you could tell by the riding, started to get less responsive and shakier, but nothing to bad.
but its price and class, this atv is amazing, definatley a great starter atv, if your going to be riding long hours and tough trails, you may wanna look for something with more power and 4 wheel drive thou.
