Pros: The stock, and the L&A installations are identical, no modifications needed.
Cons: The cost is close to the price of the stock replacement. Would like to see a complete kit form, New gaskets, bolts, ect.

After installing both a stock, and now a L&A design, I can say that they went in the same way, no mods required. www.raptortranny.com has a great instructions page for this, extremely helpful. With the 660 service manual and his guide, it was a breeze. The first one took about 3 hours I took my time, and double checked everything. I also have seen kits offered on e-bay with everything needed, new clutch, gaskets, bolts ect. check there as well. It's been three months now, with countless starts. I'll review again at six months, and again at one year, for long term use. But right now I'm happy with it. It's now been six months (15 june 05), and it's still working great!! Next review will be the one year mark. One year later, and still no problems. Remember, I live in Calif. So we can ride all year round. It does gets used very often.
