Pros: thumb doesn't get tired anymore. feel like i am more in connection with my quad
Cons: nothing really

We do a lot of trail riding. And over time, my thumb would get stiff and sore. I noticed that about half the people I ride with have twist throttles. So I tried one out. After the first day or so of getting used to it, I really like the way it felt. So for now on that is the first thing i change on a quad when I buy it.
