I purchase a new Kazuma ATV Dingo 250 on 8/20/2006. I rode it for 3 hours on that day. The radiator hose became disconnected. I reconnected the hose and noticed the over heating light came on. I parked it in the garage.
On 8/23/06 I rode it for 3 hours. The first thing that I did was fill the radiator tank. After riding for 1 hour, I noticed that the radiator fell off. I reconnected the radiator to the frame using machine bolts, lock washers, and nuts. The over heating light came on. I filled the radiator tank several times--using a total of ½ galleon of 50/50 fluid. The over heating light went off, so I continued to drive it. Then the heat shield/guard fell off of the ATV. As it was beginning to get dark, I turned on the auxiliary switch on to use the lights, the over heating light came on. When I turned off the auxiliary switch and turned off the lights, the over heating light went off. But when I used the horn, the over heating light came back on. I drove the ATV for 2 hours with out using the horn or the auxiliary switch turned on. The over heating light came back on, so I parked the ATV in the garage and called the dealer. I was told that they would pick up the ATV on 8/27/06 and take it in for repair. I called my credit card company and lodged a complaint. I was told that they would get me a refund.
